Landslide Stabilization in Encino, CA

Praad Geotechnical performed the installation and monitoring of field instrumentation, and performed the design and construction observation of the caissons and tiebacks for temporary and permanent lateral support, drainage gallery for subsurface dewatering, permanent soil buttress, and compacted fill placement.

Single Family Residence in Littlerock, CA

Praad Geotechnical investigated and supervised the ground stabilization of a site affected by collapsible soils using compaction grouting to repair and re-level the residence.
